All students graduate from Leaders prepared for college and career.
Summary of Evidence:

Leaders' graduation rate has increased dramatically since 2011 by 55% and is currently at 94%. Our graduation rate for all subgroups far exceeds both the state's and city's rates. In addition, Leaders has increased our rigorous course index by 65% and more than doubled our 4 year college readiness index since 2012. Our six year college readiness plus persistence rate has shown a dramatic increase of 37% since 2012 and now exceeds both the city's and comparison group's rates. Finally, all graduates from Leaders High School exceed graduation requirements from New York State. One example of this is our students have to pass not only the English Regents, but also their English Mastery Passage PBAT.
Four Year Graduation Rate
Leaders' graduation rate for all students has increased 55% since 2011. For the past 3 years it has been higher than both the state's and the city's rates. This past year, Leaders increased our graduation rate for all students to 94%, almost 25% higher than the city's and 15% higher than the state's.
